Deploy & Deliver is committed to providing high-quality, morale-boosting care packages. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Personalized message cards, photo prints, and custom add-ons are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@deploydeliver.store with your order number and reason for return.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing components

  • Incorrect personalization


📦 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


📬 Subscription Boxes

Due to the nature of rotating monthly and seasonal boxes:

  • Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped.

  • If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days for resolution.


📷 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email cs@deploydeliver.store with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.


🧾 Proof of Purchase

All returns and refund requests must include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout
