🚚 Shipping Overview

Deploy & Deliver is proud to offer free shipping on all orders, including subscription boxes, custom message boxes, and seasonal packages. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or minimum purchase requirements.

 

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

All orders ship free via USPS using the most efficient service based on weight and destination.

Typical delivery windows:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • APO/FPO/DPO: 7–21+ days depending on military routing

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

🎖️ Military & APO/FPO Shipping

We proudly support deployed service members.
All APO/FPO/DPO shipments:

  • Ship free
  • Include customs forms completed by our team
  • Follow USPS military mail guidelines
  • May experience extended transit times depending on location and routing

 

📦 Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days
  • Subscription boxes ship on a set monthly or quarterly schedule
  • Custom Message Boxes may require 1–2 extra days for personalization

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

📬 Tracking Your Order

All shipments include USPS tracking at no cost.
Tracking updates may be limited for:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Remote or overseas military locations

 

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at cs@deploydeliver.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

    We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and make it right.

     

    🔄 Incorrect Addresses

    Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.
    Deploy & Deliver is not responsible for:

    • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
    • Delays caused by address errors

    If you notice a mistake, email us immediately — we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

     

    🌎 International Shipping

    At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. and military addresses.
